Hi Judy, Thanks for the write-up and the detailed comments. I agree that done the wrong way, a manic episode can go psychotic and that is dangerous, but I do think that there's a way to create lucid thought constantly found in the manic state, and use it in a healthy way, such as what is described in self-actualizing people. That's mainly what I'm aiming at!
