Some Thin People Do Not Eat Enough

What is it like to live and not eat enough?

To eat enough means you give your body the nutrients to survive with the food and drink you consume. Otherwise, your body will not work at its full potential; you will experience various health difficulties and less lust for living.

The standard “thin” ideal doctors recommend is underweight. These thin people do not receive the proper nutrition for their brains to work well, so they cannot live with unbounded enthusiasm, love obnoxiously much, and be ferociously happy, in the words of Dushka Zapata.

To be our best, we must enjoy what life offers, including good food and flavors of our world. Do not let others’ opinions or requirements lead your life and choices. Be your own person and do what you like. We each have interests and hobbies. We cannot pursue them and be fulfilled and satisfied if we do not fuel our bodies and minds with great food and food for thought. Do what you like and like what you do.

Some illnesses and conditions cause a person to gain weight and have extreme trouble reducing the weight. These poor souls usually eat like everybody else without the benefit of being thin and looking nice. Our standards of beauty are over-skewed toward unhealthy thinness where people this thin experience a lower quality of life and lack…
