Where Mental Illness Comes From

There are trends that fit a pattern.

I once saw an infographic that listed various aspects of mental illness that are shared among sufferers and I could easily see that all of it arose from toxic self-beliefs. I felt like I could better understand myself and all the people I knew who suffered from mental illnesses to various degrees.
